Hey, Rebel Fans-

Rumor has it that a Ryle Raider was caught trying to break into Boone County tonight and was caught on the first floor close to Mr. Schlotman’s office.  He was allegedly heading to the gym when he was startled by several senior Rebels.

Tune into tonight’s news for the full story.  Be safe, Boone County.

Go Rebels!!

Pride

September 28, 2011

Well, Rebel Fans, I heard something today that totally surprised me.  I was stunned to hear that students have been peeling paint off of bathroom stall walls and throwing it all over the floor or shoving it in the toilets to intentionally clog them.

I had to see it for myself to believe it.  Yes, freshly painted bathrooms are being destroyed within the first 6 weeks of school.

I have this to say: An old building means History and Tradition, and it is to be respected.  This activity is pure Ignorance and it qualifies as Vandalism.

If students here find this funny and amusing, then I say go down the road to other schools and enroll there because that kind of Immaturity is not welcome here.

I love this building, and it is my home.  Love it or leave it, BC.

Go Rebels!!

Well, Sports Fans- not a bad showing at Friday’s game at Dixie, I must say.  The student section was pretty quiet, though.

I want to challenge all Rebels to go to this Friday’s game.  It is at Ryle, and I know you will be lowering your standard to head to that part of the county, but I want us to outnumber the home crowd.  What a blow to the Raiders on their homecoming to see more of the hallowed Columbia blue and grey in the stadium than their own tired orange and black!

Wow, I find myself starting to tear up at the thought.

Be there or be square.  Go Rebels!!!!!

Mr Rebel here again!

What a great start to the fall sports season.

It looks like all the teams are getting out of the gate fast the year.

How about the football teams???  varsity is 3-0 with impressive victories over county rivals Conner and Cooper.

I was thrilled with student turnout for the Cooper game..best crowd in years.  It looks like Schwartz to Howell could be a big hit this season.

The freshman team is also undefeated with a ginormous win over the bluebirds last night.

The boys and girls soccer teams are on a roll..keep up the good work.

And once again, Carter Hibbard is tearing it up on the links…nice job Carter.

Well, I am outta here for the moment..hope to see all of you at the big homecoming tilt against Cov Cath tonight and everyone have a great and safe time at the dance tomorrow night.
